Any material owned, copyrighted, trademarked or has rights by Your Best Expressions through the use of the www.yourbestexpressions.com website or otherwise obtained through other ways of transfer, legally or illegally, is done at your own discretion.

Stock photos from Your Best Expressions shall not be used for or on any website with sexual material, violent, or any illegal activity which could negatively affect the image or reputation of Your Best Expressions or anyone associated with the business. It is illegal to claim any photos by Your Best Expressions as your own such as applying your personal or business name to them or altering the watermark or photo in some way to change or manipulate how others view it and implying they are your own work. All photos by Your Best Expressions may not be sold, resold, replicated (burned) onto a CD, offered for free or given away for commercial use without written consent. The general purpose and use of all stock photos purchased through Your Best Expressions off the business website or in person are for personal use only.

If you are a commercial entity and would like to use such photos (for ex: magazines, newspapers, books, websites, ads, brochures, fliers, pamphlets, postcards, calendars, clothing materials or other uses), an arrangement or contract must be made in writing and signed first by Your Best Expressions and respective parties before any permissions are given for such use. Again, at no time can any photo be sold or resold for money except by Your Best Expressions, unless written consent is given by and/or compensation is given to Your Best Expressions for such photos.

If you are a student and are wanting to use a photo from the website for a report or presentation, please email us with your request for use. All photos will be for one time use and only for student academic purposes. We ask that you give credit or show reference for photos owned by Your Best Expressions.

All photos will be in JPEG format unless stated otherwise. The size of photos will be the full size it was taken unless specifically asked to size down how you want the photo. Means of transfer of photos to customers maybe in the form of email, download from website, flash drive, CD, media storage device or external hard drive. In some cases, delivery of multiple files to one customer at the same time may have to be made into a ZIP or RAR file to compress them to optimize delivery over the internet. If this occurs, Your Best Expressions is not responsible for providing programs to open these files. Before purchasing photos, please email us at Your Best Expressions to discuss the best possible way to deliver paid photos or artwork to you.

All photos, artwork, text and/or quotes by Your Best Expressions are copyrighted under law and will express all legal ramifications to those who engage in infringement, illegal downloading, distribution or use. Your Best Expressions holds all rights to all photos and artwork whether purchased/paid for or given for free and with or without the business watermark on them. Your Best Expressions also reserves the right to change and/or modify these terms with no prior notice. Understand this is a legally binding contract, and violation will have consequences where this document may be used against you. All rights are reserved.
